Neighborhood BBQ in the park

My neighbor (John formerly of the cinnamon bread) brought this lovely chocolate raspberry financier that he and his friend Nancy made...

And, is this thing awesome or what? Filled it with hot apple cider that I had steeped with a cinnamon spice mix (someone gave it to me years ago from Williams Sonoma - the spice mix, not the jug, that of course was my mom's) and some rum - perfect for a cool day in the park. We had a neighborhood BBQ with lots of great food. Thanks everyone!
