I was out of town again this weekend - in Phoenix this time - visiting by best friend from grade school Julie, my brother Jack, his wife Mindy and Cassie their daughter/my niece. Julie picked me up from the airport and took me straight to lunch at Christopher's in the Biltmore shopping center. We had a perfect lunch for a hot day (got up to 100 degrees while I was there!) We started with a little white wine of course and then shared a Lobster and arugula salad and a Burrata, tomato salad with a pesto swirl - both amazing and refreshing! (if you ever eat with me you will know how I love to share food - I want to try it all!) Gorgeous dining room too. Almost forgot damn good mac-n-cheese.
