Pasta - for the simple meal

Instead of just boiling this pasta you cook it like a risotto which infuses the flavor of your chicken broth in the noodles - sooo good! I used my own oven dried tomatoes but you could use good store bought ones. For this Pasta Risotto I used a slightly bigger round noodle.
